What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not use device identifiers, and we have no server that could receive data.

What stays on the device

The app remembers a few settings locally so it works the way you left it: the chosen language, the languages you switched on, the daily play-time limit and today's play time, stickers collected, and which letters and numbers have been explored. This stays on the device and is never sent to us. If you back up the device to your own iCloud or Google account, these settings are part of that backup, which only you can see. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Internet and permissions

The app works fully offline and makes no network requests of its own. It does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.

Completely free

Letter Zoo is free. There is nothing to buy, no subscriptions and no advertising, so we never handle payment details of any kind.

Children

Letter Zoo is designed for children aged 2–6 and is part of the App Store Kids Category and follows the Google Play Families Policy. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it meets the requirements of children's privacy laws including COPPA (United States) and the GDPR (Europe and the UK). There are no external links, social features or advertising inside the app. The Parent Area is protected by a question only an adult can answer.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published here and shipped inside the app before it takes effect.
